Where do I park?

There are several convenient lots on south side of center,  Street parking is also plentiful & non-permitted. Bike parking is available along the sidewalk, and on our patio.

 What makes your dough special?

Our pizza dough is made daily using Caputo 00 flour, and slow-fermented for 18-24 hrs.  Note: many people with gluten sensitivity have happily enjoyed our pizza.

Pizza size?

6 slices, approx 13” --  a hearty, yet light, meal for one, or can be easily shared between two people, with a salad.

Dogs, bikes?

We love dogs on our patio for an al fresco meal. Weencourage biking & walking to our restaurant, there's plenty of places to lock up. You get a coupon if you come by foot or wheel!

That beautiful oven?

Hand crafted & built by Stefano Ferrara, a third generation Naples wood-firedoven builder.  It was shipped over from Italy and fork-lifted through the arched west facing window, the only way in our small space.  We burn pecan wood only, no gas, coal or electricity, and keep thetemperature around 700 degrees, cooking pizzas in about 2-3 minutes.  This yields a flavor and intentional char to the crust that is complex and delicious. 

Bring your own vinyl?!

You are welcome to bring your own albums, we'll gladly play during your meal on our vintage stereo. It's our only source of music...

Kid friendly?

Absolutely, and it always surprises us how much kids adore our fresh, healthy food. We even have a few etch-a-sketches for the young'uns ;)
